Each player may hold only one (1) registered account on the playtme platform. You must notify playtme immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not authorized by you.
Account registration is subject to identity verification ("KYC"). playtme may request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any time. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
playtme supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing times vary by payment method and are displayed on the Cashier page within your account.
All funds deposited into your playtme account are held in a segregated player funds account. playtme does not use player funds for operational expenses.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification. playtme reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 5–15 minutes for e-wallets (GCash, PayMaya) and 1–3 business days for bank transfers.
playtme does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which playtme bears no responsibility.
Any funds remaining in a player account that has been inactive for a period of 12 consecutive months may be subject to an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month, applied until the balance reaches zero or the account is reactivated. Players will be notified by email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the playtme platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the playtme platform without prior written consent from the Company.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, playtme shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
playtme's total aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
playtme makes no warranty that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
playtme reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon account closure for breach of Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Upon voluntary account closure or closure for non-breach reasons, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding wagering requirements.
Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting playtme support. Account closure requests are processed within 5 business days.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
